We accept cash, Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, Applepay, and CC (additional fee).
03Is there a reservation deposit?
$50 reservation deposit if required, which will be deducted from the final price
04How do you protect the items?
We cover items with blankets, boxes, mattress cover and wrap at no additional cost.
05What areas do you cover?
We cover Miami Dade, Broward, and West Palm Beach.
06How do I prepare for the move?
We suggest that you book elevators if needed, box up all loose items, have a list of items to be moved, and keep kids and pets out of the way.
07Are there any additional fees?
Absolutely no extra fees.
08Are tips mandatory?
We do not ask for tips, it's always up to your kindness.
09Do you assemble and disassemble furniture?
We do, before the move, and after the move.
10Do movers take breaks?
If we require a break, we will deduct the time from the total work hours.
11Are there any prohibited items?
Essentially we do our best to help you move everything, but there are items we prefer to have you move yourself. Prohibited items: Firearms, fireworks, alcohol, drugs, personal jewelry, plants, hazardous items, perishable items, illegal items, live animals, chemicals or poison, gas or oil products, important personal documents, and food.
